Program TeamProgram Manager, MDLS
Harish is responsible for the implementation of ILP's Multi Dimensional Learning Space (MDLS) at the grassroots level. His responsibilities include planning, identifying the schools, coordination with partner NGOs, interaction with school / teachers and guiding all the facilitators of the MDLS program. He monitors the progress and quality of work, communicates with the core project team, State Education Department and donors. He coordinates the volunteer involvement and their activities.
Harish has 12+ years of experience in social sector and has been with ILP for the last 10 years. He has vast experience of working with children with focus on out of school and working children and learning outcome improvement.
He is the recipient of
- Best Coordinator – Library Project award from Hippocampus Reading Foundation (2009)
- Best Reviewer – Children Library award from Hippocampus Reading Foundation (2011)
He holds a Bachelors Degree in Education from Bangalore University and a Post Graduate degree in Sociology from Mysore University.
