Education in government schools rarely changes through a single program. It changes when learning is strengthened across stages and gaps are addressed with intent and continuity.
Marking the start of a long-term effort to build a complete learning ecosystem in Thanjavur district, ILP, in collaboration with Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, ๐๐ถ๐๐ ๐จ๐ป๐ถ๐ผ๐ป ๐๐ฎ๐ป๐ธ and ๐ฆ๐ฒ๐๐ต๐ฎ๐ฑ๐ฟ๐ถ ๐ฃ๐ฎ๐ฑ๐บ๐ฎ ๐ ๐ฒ๐บ๐ผ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฎ๐น ๐ง๐ฟ๐๐๐, has inaugurated *๐ ๐๐น๐๐ถ-๐๐ถ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐ฎ๐น ๐๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ป๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐ฆ๐ฝ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ฒ๐ (๐ ๐๐๐ฆ) across government schools laying the foundation where:
- 10 schools begin with Child-Friendly Libraries
- 5 schools step into Smart Classrooms
- 5 schools are equipped with Electronic Kits through IIT Madras
- 25 schools are brought into the TN SPARK Program
- 20 schools receive ILP Science Kits
- 94 schools to be part of structured Career Guidance program in collaboration with Nan Mudhalvan
What begins here is not a rollout, but a rhythm. From here, the focus is on activation and continuity; ensuring learning, exposure, and guidance are reinforced over time. This continuity is what allows schools to grow stronger and stay strong.
๐ก๐ผ๐๐ฒ:*Multi-Dimensional Learning Spaces (MDLS)ย is the flagship program of ILP that transforms schools into learning spaces that create capable and confident students by equipping teachers with purpose built tools (hands on/experiential science kits, digital content) and techniques to increase student learning and classroom engagement.
