I am Abi, and I hail from Tiruvallur District.

Being part of the marginalized community, my parents work as migrant laborers in a Brick Kiln located in Tiruvallur District, working hard to provide for our family.

With four younger sisters, finances have always been a challenge for us.

However, my family places great importance on education, and I am proud to be the first one to pursue higher education.

I am currently in my first year of B.E. in Aeronautical Engineering.

Balancing finances has been tough, as my parents work for six months in the Brick Kiln and then take up daily wage jobs like painting and driving for the other six months.

Despite the financial struggles, I am resolute in my ambition to succeed.

Thanks to the generous support of IRCDS and ILP, I received a scholarship that has made it possible for me to continue my education.

This encouragement has strengthened my determination to excel in my studies.

I firmly believe that education is the key to a brighter future, and I am committed to making the most of this opportunity.

Though my journey has been challenging, the unwavering support of my family and the belief shown by organizations like IRCDS and ILP keep me motivated.

I am fully aware of my responsibilities and the sacrifices my parents have made for us.

I am determined to study diligently, achieve my goals, and secure a good job to support my parents and build a better life for myself.

I am confident that I can turn my dreams into reality and make my family proud.
