On November 14, Nehru Government Boys Higher Secondary School, Nanganallur marked an important milestone with the launch of five ICT Labs and the distribution of Science Kits across five government schools, supported by HCLFoundation. Head Masters/Mistresses and teachers from all participating schools joined the event and celebrated this step toward more engaging, experiential learning.

The launch was graced by: Rajarajaswari Duraisamy, HR Manager, HCLTech and C. Newton, Senior Manager, HCLFoundation.

Students added energy to the day by showcasing ICT tools and hands-on science experiments they had learned using the Science Kits.

The ICT program will benefit Grades 7, 8, and 9, reaching over 1,000 students, while the Science Kits initiative will support learners from Grades 6 to 9. Together, these programs bring classrooms closer to interactive, discovery-led learning—opening new possibilities for students across the schools.
