ILP in collaboration with HCLFoundation, organized Science Fairs across three schools —
ADW Higher Secondary School, Meenambakkam,
Government Higher Secondary School, Tiruvanchery, and
T.P. Government Higher Secondary School, Puzhithivakkam.
Over 190 students from Grades 6 to 9 showcased innovative projects on Electricity, Global Warming, the Water Cycle, Waste to New Products, and Renewable Energy Sources. Guided by their Science Teachers, students displayed remarkable curiosity, creativity, and confidence as they brought scientific concepts to life.
Over the past year, ILP’s Science Kits have played an important role in nurturing this spirit of inquiry. By enabling hands-on experiments and active learning in classrooms, these kits have helped students build curiosity, observe keenly, and think like young scientists — learning not just what to think, but how to explore.
We were also joined by HCLTech volunteers who served as the jury. Nine enthusiastic employees engaged closely with students, offering insights, encouragement, and appreciation. Their interactions made the experience richer and more inspiring for everyone involved.
A warm thank-you to all the students, teachers, and HCLTech volunteers for making these Science Fairs a celebration of learning, exploration, and community spirit.
