Celebrating full and equal access and participation of women in STEM

Today, February 11 is celebrated as International Day of Women and girls in science observed by United Nations.

This day is celebrated to promote full and equal access and participation of women in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) fields.

India Literacy Project is one of the pioneers in providing experiential learning experience via its Multi-Dimensional Learning Space (MDLS) program to government school students across multiple Indian states.

As part of this program low-cost science kits are distributed to government schools in collaboration with corporate csr efforts and various ngo partners.

What’s more? School teachers are also trained on effective usage of science kits to engage students in a compelling manner.
