Behind every confident career choice stands a teacher equipped to guide and support. To strengthen this role, Career Guidance training sessions were conducted across the KTCC region (Kanchipuram, Tiruvallur, Chennai & Chengalpattu), equipping teachers with the skills to help students make informed choices about their future.

Organized in collaboration with the Department of School Education,Govt of TN, DIET, and Naan Mudhalvan – TN Skill, with CSR support from HCLFoundation, the training focused on:

– Using psychometric assessments to help students understand themselves
– Encouraging growth through self-discovery and confidence-building modules
– Mapping career pathways after Grade 10 & 12
– Providing guidance on entrance exams and cut-off calculations
– Applying DIET–ILP content in classroom practice

A total of 561 teachers underwent the Career Guidance training, gaining practical tools and insights to help students make informed and confident career decisions.
