What happens when you put the right tools in the hands of teachers?

You see curiosity ignite. You see confidence grow. You see learning come alive.

That’s the goal of the MDLS program — run by ILP in partnership with Guru Krupa Foundation Inc. covering 27 schools across Chengalpattu district of Tamil Nadu impacting 10755 students. The program is designed not just to equip schools, but to enable teachers. Because real change begins when educators feel confident, supported, and inspired.

Through Child-friendly Libraries, Science Kits, Digital Classrooms, and Career Guidance — students are getting more ways to explore and learn. But the true impact lies in how teachers are trained to use these tools meaningfully.

That’s why a workshop was held — to help teachers turn everyday lessons into new ways to spark curiosity in their students. They shared ideas, asked questions, and left feeling more equipped to make learning more hands-on, meaningful, and memorable.

Because at the end of the day, it’s not about the tools. It’s about the teachers who use them — and the lives they shape every single day.
