In this step the students are made aware of the need for a career, goal, their strengths, areas of interest, career interests etc. through a process of self-reflection and introspection as part a year long program.

At the brick kiln, the work would be only during nights thereby affecting their health as the sleeping pattern gets altered.

And making a meaningful difference is N. Swapna, a Vidya Saathi in the lives of students from V Agrahara village.
Swapna conducts classes for 2 hours everyday teaching the kids foundational Kannada, English and Math.
