The overwhelming key to a child’s success is the active involvement of parents in school activities.
India literacy project facilitates this involvement by conducting interactive programs from time to time with school management committee, panchayat members headed by sarpanch, and cluster resource center members.
Monthly meetings are organized to ensure parents are aware of school functioning appropriately in terms of:
- Learning outcomes in alignment with school syllabus
- Infrastructure – proper toilets, drinking water
- Teacher- student ratio
- Playground for kids
- Good electrification
