ILP joins hands with Rotary District 3190 to guide students via Rotary Margham program

Setting in motion a ripple effect can have far reaching effects in the long run.

India Literacy Project joins hands with Rotary District 3190 to create a ripple effect for students via its Career Guidance program.

Rotary Margham is a flagship student career counseling program of Rotary Bangalore which has had enormous success since its inception in December 2021.

So far over 8200 students from 75+ schools, mostly in tier-2 cities, have benefited by the trainers / counsellors of Margham. After the counselling session, the students have a clear direction about pursuing a career of their choice after 10th standard and PUC.

Career Guidance program is part of ILP’s flagship program, Multi-Dimensional Learning Space (MDLS).

As part of the Career Guidance program, Counsellors help:

  • Students discover themselves
  • Understand aspects that impact career choices
  • Available career options and what it takes to choose them
  • Guide students to choose the best option that works for them

Thank you RTN Lakshmi Balaji and RTN Sridhar Ramu for this joint opportunity to help make a difference in the lives of numerous students.
