ILP employs interactive teaching methodology at Tribal Welfare Residential School

The question isn’t “how do i teach this? But “how can they learn it? ”

Keeping this philosophy in mind, India Literacy Project always employs interactive teaching methodologies be it for students or teachers.

14 teachers from girls and boys Tribal Welfare Residential School in Bowenpally were part of an interactive session covering:

  • Career guidance for grade 9 and 10 students
  • Effective usage of science kits to improve scientific temper
  • Exploring google earth features
  • Making PowerPoint presentations

Career Guidance program is part of ILP’s flagship program, Multi-Dimensional Learning Space (MDLS). It helps:

  • Students discover themselves
  • Understand aspects that impact career choices
  • Available career options and what it takes to choose them
  • Guide students to choose the best option that works for them

Science kit allows students to experiment with 200+ concepts using 150 components that are easy to use, commonly used & mapped to concepts children learn between grade 5 &10 for physics, chemistry and biology.

Using Google Earth in classrooms can help visualize abstract concepts across a global canvas, allowing students to connect what they learn inside.

PowerPoint presentations will help the teachers to prepare their own question banks, quiz, lessons customized to their class requirements.
